In December 2010, at the pleadings of my fiance and roommate, I made a League of Legends account and started playing. I had never done a game like LoL before, and hadn't ever done PVP to any notable degree. That didn't stop me from spending too much money on skins and champions and doing my damndest to get better at the game.
Roll around the release of the Dominion game mode in August 2011, when I was summoner level 23, and I was instantly in love. Gone was the tedious last hitting and not-pushing-the-lane and the losing-for-forty-minutes style of gameplay. Dominion came with everything I like: action, action, action, and lots of action.
I took a sort-of break from Dominion when Star Wars: The Old Republic came out, but with most of my SWTOR clan losing interest and me not wanting to pay the subscription fee, I turned back to Dominion.
My champions tended to be tanky -- Yorick, Malphite, Maokai, Amumu, Soraka...
And now I'm doing this. I'm going to learn to play every champion on Dominion. I'm going to do my best to get at least decent with them.
